  Raw Food & Rude 'Tude. I got over and undercooked product and a manager who didn't care in the slightest.
  
  To go into detail, this place has really gone downhill. First of all, I arrive to pick up my order to be told my first order of wings was raw and they had to make a new order. The girl who helped me was nice, as was the server who was busing tables, but they had a girl standing around texting on her phone and ignoring me when she could have been addressing me, the customer, which I found rude. Since when do you have your cellphone out while you're supposed to be working? And right in front of customers? I would have been written up.
  
  I waited and recieved my order, taking it home (because our Pizza Hut doesn't have delivery for some reason). I purchased 16 wings and a medium pizza. It had double chicken, bacon and spinach on one side (5 toppings, one of which is added after cooking), sausage, meatball, mushroom and black olive on the other (4 toppings). The order was made with extra cheese.
  
  We start on the wings and my guests immediately informed me the chicken was so OVERcooked that it was like eating jerky. The meat was shriveled and literally crunched when you bit it on every wing. No one could eat them... and believe me, my crowd are not picky eaters. So we threw those out and tried for the pizza.
  
  It was so undercooked the dough was raw and oozy underneath!! For the first time ever, I brought home $30 worth of food that -NO ONE- could eat!! I am not one to complain, but I felt something needed to be said. I asked for the manager, but s/he couldn't be bothered to talk to me and had me playing phone-hold-relay between him/her and the person I got handed off to after the initial person on the order line took my call. And I was basically told they couldn't -help- that my wings were burnt and that the pizza was -oozing raw- because it had too many toppings on it.
  
  Okay. Too many toppings? Looking at their list of Pizza offerings: Supreme, Meat Lovers, Veggie Lovers, Primo Meat and so on, some have up to SEVEN toppings and the AVERAGE is 4-5. Does this mean that customers should expect a majority of Pizza Hut pizzas to be delivered half RAW? I don't buy it for a second. I'm sorry.
  
  But fine, Manager-Who-Had-No-Time-To-Talk-To-Me-Directly, it was the customer's fault. No sincerity, no apology, and no trying to make it right in any way. I was treated like an inconvenience. Most delivery order websites these days flash a warning when you exceed a number of toppings to warn that it might affect the finished pizza. Mine did not. And the Supreme pizza they make has just as many toppings and doesn't come out raw.
  
  I would rather drive 30 minutes to Paris, TX for pizza than go back. As a person who worked over 10 years in customer service and therefor tries HARD not to complain, I was appalled. It will be Simple Simon's or a drive to Paris from now on. This Pizza Hut is the pits. Corporate needs to do something before they end up in a lawsuit over under cooked food.
  
  As of 4/27, I sent my complaint forward to corporate. Once through their "Tell Us How We Did" where I ordered from and the other directly via their Contact Us venue. I sincerely hope someone will try to make this right, seeing as how it couldn't be resolved with the location. If I hear anything back, I will post an edit to reflect this.
  
  As of 4/28, I was gratefully contacted by Pizza Hut Corporate Customer Service and was given apology as well as informed they will work with this location to see if improvements need to be made. I was then emailed by this store and offered full refund of my purchase as well as a re-order so they could try to make it right. I was pleased with the promptness by which they resolved this and I am willing to give them another chance. If it had been handled when I called and spoke to them in the first place, it wouldn't have escalated this far. However, as someone who's worked in customer service for over 10 years, I recognize and appreciate them taking the actions they did to make this right.
